Strength and coordination will be integrated into practices to build explosive power & target injury prevention.

Mental Skills Training
Bi-weekly, the last 30min of a practice will be dedicated to learning mental skill strategies and tools to cope with competition and performance anxiety.
Speed Endurance
Speed endurance is all about holding top speed for as long as possible.

Program Sessions
Small group training sessions with 6-10 kids who are 9 - 13 years of age.
