Registration is now open for our May - June program!

Practice Sessions
Sessions will generally last 1.5 hrs. This will include a warm-up/cool-down. This 2-month program encompasses running mechanics, explosive drills, band strength & coordination work, mental skills training, and targeted workouts for acceleration, speed, and speed endurance.

Competition Support
Competition opportunities will be possible throughout this program through the MTA. Dates will be posted once confirmed, and coaching support will be provided if possible.
